	Mark your calendar. Commencement 2025 will take place on May 10, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, 1212 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.

Invitations, Tickets, and Regalia
- 
	Students requesting to participate in commencement on May 10, 2025, must complete this application and indicate their plans to participate. Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Faculty and staff who are volunteering at The Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall are not required to have a ticket for entry to the Commencement Ceremony.

	Get your professional graduation pictures taken by Grad Images at no cost. Photo packages will be available for purchase. Grad Images will be on campus at the BCCC Liberty Campus, Main Building, Ground Floor, Learning Commons (Game Room). The graduation photo schedule is listed below. Graduates, Graduate Guests, Platform & Special Guests, and Faculty

	Graduates - Graduates should arrive by 8:30 am and enter The Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall using the main entrance (follow directional signage).
- Masks are optional.
 Graduate Guests - All guests must present a ticket to enter The Jospeh Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.
- Guests must enter The Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall using the main entrance on Cathedral Street beginning at 9:00 am and be seated by 9:30 am.
- No admittance will be permitted during the processional.
- Photos may not be taken from the aisles during the ceremony.
- Masks are optional.
 Platform & Special Guests (by invitation only) - Guests must enter The Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall using the main entrance on Cathedral Street.
- Masks are optional.
 Faculty - Faculty must enter The Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall using the main entrance on Cathedral Street.

Parking & Public Transportation

	Parking We encourage everyone to park at: - Symphony Center Garage, conveniently located across the street from the Meyerhoff at 1030 Park Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201.
- The University of Baltimore also offers $15 pre-paid parking available at the Maryland Avenue Garage, 1120 Maryland Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201, which is located across the street from the Meyerhoff. If you would like to purchase parking to guarantee your parking space, click here.
- The Fitzgerald, 80 W. Oliver Street, Baltimore, MD (7 minutes from the Meyerhoff)

 The Charm City Circulator is a free shuttle that travels three routes in Baltimore City. The separate routes include the Green Route(City Hall to Fells Point to Johns Hopkins), the Purple Route(Penn Station to Federal Hill), and the Orange Route (Hollins Market to Harbor East). The shuttle is intended to reduce congestion and greenhouse gas pollution by offering a convenient, reliable and eco-friendly form of public transportation.By Bus 
 Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall is easily accessible from local routes 51, 53, Citylink Green Citylink Lime and Citylink Yellow.Amtrak 
 For visitors from the Northeast Corridor, Amtrak is a great way to visit The Meyerhoff. Baltimore's Penn Station is a short walk or taxi ride from The Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and there are lots of dining options nearby.After exiting the train, follow the signs in the station to Charles Street and walk south. Make a right onto Preston Street, the first street past the light at Mt. Royal Avenue. Follow Preston Street three blocks to Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, on the corner of Preston and Cathedral Streets. For fares, schedules, maps and other transit information, please visit the Amtrak website. By Light Rail 
 Exit the Light Rail at the Cultural Center stop. The hall is directly across Park Avenue to the south. Light Rail hours are Monday - Friday 6: 00 am to 12: 00 am; Saturday 11: 00 am to 12: 00 am; and Sunday 11: 00 am to 7: 00 pm.By Metro Subway 
 Exit the subway at State Center Station. Walk one block east on Preston Street to Howard Street. Make a left on Howard then turn right on Dolphin heading east. Meyerhoff is on the right. Metro hours are Monday– Friday: 5 am to midnight; Saturday, Sunday & amp; Holidays: 6 am to midnight.By MARC Train 
 For MARC riders, Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall is just a short walk or cab ride from Baltimore Penn Station. 	- Students should not bring large bags or purses to The Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall as there is no secure storage in the student robing area.
- Masks are optional.
- Guests will not be admitted to the auditorium during the procession.
- Guests are to remain seated & keep the aisles clear during the procession and ceremony.
- Photos may not be taken from the aisles during the ceremony.
- 
Today's event may include live-streaming, photography, videography, and recording for use by Baltimore City Community College. By taking part in this event, you grant the College full rights to use the images or recordings taken. Video, photography, recordings and live feeds become the property of Baltimore City Community College. If you do not agree to the foregoing information, please do not enter the building.

- Animals, with the exception of service animals
