    Workforce Development & Continuing Education offers courses designed to create opportunities for personal growth and professional development.

    Workforce Development & Continuing Education works with businesses, government agencies, and professional associations to identify training needs for the people of Baltimore.

    Both credit and noncredit courses are developed in close collaboration with professional groups and College academic departments.
     
    Workforce Development & Continuing Education courses are offered at the Liberty Campus and at the downtown Harbor location, Reisterstown Plaza Center, workplace sites, and more than 60 off-campus locations throughout Baltimore City. 
     
    We offer services in four primary areas:
